Will you actually drive all the way out to The Ranches or Cedar Valley?

Yes. Eagle Mountain is one of our regular service areas. The far west end of the city, Cedar Pass Ranch, and out into Cedar Valley are all part of our normal coverage: we don't drop coverage at the I-15 corridor.

What's your typical response time to Eagle Mountain?

Depends on where in the city you are and what time you call. From our Saratoga Springs base, most daytime calls into Eagle Mountain are on-site within an hour. After-hours and far-end-of-the-city calls might run a bit longer. We'll give you a realistic ETA when you call.

Do you really run 24/7, including out in the rural parts of the city?
